We are delighted to be running a half day butter, yoghurt and ice cream course on our beautiful family run farm. This course is suitable for beginners and those who might already have some basic skills and like to learn a bit more.

The day will kick off at 10am on Sunday 26th of May, where participants can come and see the cows being milked in our traditional, old fashioned milking parlour before going to the Coach House work space to learn more about traditional dairy making in Ireland and learning farm house recipes for making butter, yoghurt and ice cream in small batches. Depending on the preference of the group we may also make some soft cheeses. 

The day will involve presentations as well as hands on learning and each participant will be able to bring home the goodies that they've made. 

The day will conclude at about 1pm, with the option of having a light lunch and some refreshment to finish off. 

Class size is limited to ensure everyone gets the most from the day and the cost is €180 per person.
